Elounda Restaurant

We went to this restaurant as part of a work celebration dinner and boy, did this place exceed our expectations! Their Greek salad was amazing, couldn’t stop eating it! The tzatziki tasted fresh and perfect with the zucchini and eggplant fritters. The Saganaki was excellent too. Being a vegetarian, I was made a special plate of spanakopita plus grilled vegetables. My coworkers tried the calamari and octopus appetizers and the lamp chops and sea bass for a main meal. Everyone was raving about the food. Service was great, you can tell the servers and owner take a great pride in providing an excellent experience for their customers. Despite us being a group of more than 40 people, servers were nice and attentive. When I am back in Montreal, I will definitely visit this restaurant again!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was incredible to discover such an authentic Greek experience right here in Montreal. The lamb chops were tender and bursting with flavor, and the jumbo shrimp were exceptionally fresh, delicious, and juicy. The owners, a friendly couple, made it a point to greet all the guests, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. They also had a great selection of wines. If you're a fan of white wine, I highly recommend the one I tried. It complemented the meal perfectly.

Wonderful Mediterranean food . The lobster is so good (male lobster ) and shrimp cocktail ....amazing . It’s not cheap but service is great and the owners are always there to give you the best dining experience . I have been dining there for 20 years now and when I say that the lamb chops are great and the Mediterranean Seabass is amazing, it’s really the truth. I love the chef as he is so charming and friendly and they would always cater to me for anything I would ask . Thank you Elounda !

Very, very recommended. Good food, great service. Our server, Momo, was great and although he had like 45 more customers, he didn't skipped a beat. The seabass, the grilled calamari and the lamb were fresh and cooked very well. We will be back soon.

The steak was equally impressive; seasoned and charred to perfection, it was a delightful combination of tenderness and flavor, beautifully complemented by a side of Greek rice. I found myself wishing for a bottle of Tabasco to enhance the experience even further! To round off our feast, we indulged in the seafood pasta, which featured a luscious rose sauce and an abundance of fresh seafood. It was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Elounda Restaurant stands out not just for its incredible dishes, but for its dedication to quality and flavor. The food was exquisite and the service was good. The ambiance was nice but the restaurant would need a little makeover, it's a little on the old side. But that aside, you forget all about it when your plate arrives, it's tasty, fresh and delicious. I personally had the octopus plate and wow! It's was excellent. Others ordered the swordfish, calamari and shrimp elounda plate and every one had the same opinion. It's a little on the expensive side but I personally find it's worth every penny. I strongly recommend Elounda.

Had an amazing experience at Elounda. Our waiter Paul was incredibly welcoming and even helped me choose what to eat. He really knows his stuff because everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. If you like octopus, I highly suggest you try it here. The flavors were on point and the portions were generous. Great service, great food, and a warm, relaxed vibe. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Greek restaurant I’ve been there several times and they never disappoint. Had the lamb chop (my favourite dish) went for business lunch they had the black cod fillet which was great Note that on the lunch menu soup (has great lentil soup) and Greek salad are included so go hungry lots of food. They give you honey balls as well for desert Went back Aug 2023 now under new management but good is consistently good
